INVEST 91L - location - Southern Gulf of Mexio

There is widespread cloudiness and showers present in the southern portion of the Gulf of Mexico. They are associated with a trough of low pressure extending from the Yucatan Peninsula to the straits of Florida... They have changed little in organization during the past several hours. Any development of this system is likely to be slow to occur due to marginally favorable environmental conditions. This system has a low chance....30 Percent of becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 48 hours as it drifts generally northward. Presently the maximum sustained winds are at 30 MPH. The present direction is north-northeast.

The below picture shows the actual centralized location of Invest 91L. This area is being watched closely by weather observers. Any further updates will be reported on this blog.
